Return, Refund and Shipping


About Our Returns Policies, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Most items sold on follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Holiday Returns Policy
Items shipped by may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to our refund policies. For more information on our refund policies, go to About Refunds.
Most items shipped from sellers other than are subject to the same returns policy but some seller returns policies may vary. For more information please check the Online Returns Center or the Return Policy section on the seller's profile page.

Requirements for a Full Refund
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
Shoes and clothing must be unworn

Any electronic item must never be used and remain in its original packing, any item that is used is not subject to full refund or any refund.

If you have trouble with your BasketAsiaBasics product after the return timeline has passed, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you in any way we can, such as replacing the item under the BasketAsiaBasics warranty.

All computers sold by are supported by the computer's manufacturers. In the unlikely event that a computer appears to be defective, please contact the customer support network for the computer manufacturer to have it serviced under warranty.

Your Options: 
Most products can be returned for either a Refund or for a Replacement of the same item. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The RMA Process - Four Easy Steps

1. Create an RMA for your item
Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. You can create an RMA online,or request one from Customer Service.

2. Send the product to
Once your RMA is issued, you can print a UPS shipping label from our web site!
Box up the item you're returning and send it to: Returns

If you choose not to use our UPS shipping label service, we recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.
Your RMA is Received and Approved

3. You'll receive an email once your shipment is received at our RMA facility.
You'll receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.

4. RMA Resolution

If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved. You'll receive standard email updates for the replacement order, just as you would for a newly placed order.
If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method 3-5 business days later. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank's policies for making the funds available to you.
The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world where US export law allows. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Your total shipping cost is calculated by adding the "Per Shipment" cost and the "Per Item" cost. If the "Per Item" cost is listed in terms of price per pound, you can check the weight on the item's detail page.

Domestic shipping includes the United States and Puerto Rico. UPS is our preferred domestic shipper at Rockford Airport is a major UPS Air Hub and their services are reliable, predictable, cost effective, and fully insured. UPS accepts large boxes up to 75 pounds and multi box shipments. The UPS Ground Delivery Map below shows delivery times in business days (Monday through Friday).

UPS Next Day delivery by Ground service includes all of Wisconsin, the Northern half of Illinois, parts of Indiana, Michigan and Iowa. 2nd day Ground service extends much further and includes Atlanta, Georgia, and parts of New Jersey. Three day Ground service includes everything east of the Mississippi River except for South Florida and Puerto Rico. The chart below is the current UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map from our facilty.

UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground services, are a good value when you need fast, reliable, and guaranteed delivery services. UPS tracking is accurate, their insurance is what you would expect, and they have an assortment of options like package intercept and address correction. Best of all, they pick up daily at our facility as late as 6:45pm. That allows us to ship the majority of our orders the same day they are placed.

For small orders, USPS can be a better value when shipping to Puerto Rico, since they treat it as part of the USA. UPS, DHL, and other shipping companies treat Puerto Rico as a foreign country which requires customs clearance. USPS has some nice, cost effective domestic shipping methods with their Priority Mail services.

Priority Mail delivery is usually 3 to 4 days anywhere in the USA. They also offer flat rate boxes that can save money when shipping more than 2 pounds of heavy equipment. The main weakness with USPS is their insurance. Claims can take forever and are often denied. And package tracking can be spotty. For that reason, we don't recommend that you use USPS for package values higher than $300. It is better to use UPS.
USPS now shows a predicted delivery of 1, 2, or 3 days on the label. There is a post office directly across the street from our business so we are quick to give them our packages and we know them well. We have found that if you add at least 1 day to the USPS label delivery prediction, you will be much happier with their service.
